Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Pens may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the pen arrives defective.

Pens include a limited 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications. Product lifespan varies depending on usage and handling.

Apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the item arrives defective or damaged. Defective apparel must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

All digital products, including digital artwork, are final sale due to the nature of instant delivery. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once purchase is completed.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 7 business days. Custom pens, prints, and apparel may take up to two weeks, as certain items are handmade. If your order has not arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will review the order details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
