Refund policy

At Genuine Vibes, we believe the things you bring into your life should feel intentional, beautiful, and worthwhile. We stand behind the quality of our work and appreciate your trust in what we create.

Pens

Standard, non-custom pens may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

Custom, engraved, and personalized pens are final sale.

Pens include a limited 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care.

Art

All art sales are final.

Original artwork, prints, and digital art are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect where required by law.

Apparel

Apparel is final sale unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled once purchased.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly through our Contact page so we can review the issue and assist you.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

All eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Eligible non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
